Default Random shots from my morning

Found a fountain this morning and decided to shoot some water

Water Heart

f/5.6
1/2500 sec.
iso 400
55mm
partial metering

I also found a tree that had red leaves that also glowed red when the sun was behind it. I thought it was pretty so:
Leaf Heart

f/13
1/320 sec
iso 200
55mm
partial metering

I guess that's it for tonight! enjoy

These are awesome. What lens and camera settings did you use for the 2nd one, I really like that. (What time in the morning would you say it was?)

cool shots, i especially like the 2nd one, because it looks like a lovely heart! the first one is a really cool capture too, if it was just a random fountain, how did you get the black backdrop?

Hio thanks for the kind words! there was a wall right behind it and basically the partial metering made it pretty dark dark dark brown. I kinda touched up on the back in photoshop cuz it was a tad grainy. yeah the partial metering made it super dark + dark wall + photoshop touch up.

I really like the leaf shot! The natural light is just beautiful on the red leaf!
