Arrow Japanese Garden..where the light and shadows play

These where also taken at Maymont Park in Richmond VA...hope you like

my oh my... these two images are so beautifull David...
calm... peacefull... great colors... looks like it was a very beautifull place..
I love how the red leaves contrast with the background on 2nd... lovely...
great job David and thanks for sharing...

Well, you promised them and now they are here I am so not disapointed. The reflections and still water is so calming and the footbridge capture is just a super wow. The composition is just outstanding as are both of these beautiful photographs. That is one nice place buddy.

Great tranquility in these images, I think the Orton effect worked really well here nice composition. I wish we had a garden like this around here. Maybe we do I should look.

i love looking at your work. Such talent. I like the object in the foreground of the first. It kind of offsets the background so you look at that then your eyes wander up to the beautiful reflection. Great shots.
