Default Peeking over the couch

little rascal playing on the couch so i rushed and grabbed the camera. I know its not typically desirable to have the subject in the center of the frame but i thought it worked alright here. Also i'm an idiot and forgot that i had the ISO set to 400 from a previous shoot and I could have easily gotten away with 100 w/ these lighting conditions and gotten her eyes sharper. ahh well! next time right!

Shutter: 1/125th
Aperture: f/1.8
ISO: 400
Flash: No

Rest of the album is here if interested: http://www.flickr.com/photos/agresba...7618386388173/

Never mind all that technical stuff! What makes this wonderful is the capture of the eyes and the childlike innocence. Very well done, and images to treasure!

thank you! i know its too easy to get caught up in all the technical stuff. my daughter has been my main learning subject since i started shooting so my main goal when i shoot is to try and capture her personality as much as i can instead of unnatural posed kind of shots. along with that i'm also trying to get better at the technicalities little by little as i go so i can get quicker on the draw when she's doing something cute i dont waste time setting up and missing the shot! i know i have a small window probably until she starts getting sick of daddy with the camera!
