These are beautiful images, they sure made me smile I was just looking out of the window at a cold miserable UK morning and then I seen these cheered me up no end.
The first one has the least colour but the water drops really make it a grand shot. The second one is just gorgeouse all ave great DOF. All in all a great set of macros. Thanks for putting a smile on my face. Well at least for a little anyway while, I am off to work now. LOL.

It's official. I am cheered and cheering! Because of Lori and Hayward, I've become quite partial to Hibiscus. Yours is the most beautiful shot of one I've ever seen. There's an Hibiscus group on Flickr that would probably swoon to have this knock out photo. The roses are stunning, too. Wow!

Wow great shots...

Did you use a tripod for these? I see the exposures were pretty slow and they were extremely sharp.

Those UK mornings will get you, you need a bit more sunshine over there. I'm glad I could put a smile on your face. Hope you had a great day at work.

Thanks Lindyanna, lovely comment from someone who take lovely floral pictures. I loved your ranunculus I just didn't get a chance to comment my house is very full and busy at the moment.

There wasn't a great deal of PP, they were shot in raw so I underexposed them there and then worked around them with dodge and burn. Two of them I blurred the background a little and all were sharpened a little.
