Default 2nd attempt at HDR

On my flickr page i have my first try at this. Im not sure if i am using the sliders to their maximum capabilities, or if my style of lighting is just what comes through in the final product. I see others and they look so different. Criticism here is much appreciated. I wanna learn how to do this the right way.

This is an old Railroad building turned shirt factory, turned to, i dont really know what anymore. lol. I just saw a pic that day, even though i have passed it many many times.

Great HDR shot. What was the EV setting on your camera? Did you take these in set of 3 and what program are you using to process the shots?

Thanks. I didnt know what to expect from the people who do this regularly. I am using a program called Photomatix. And yes, 3 shots of different exposures. My ISO was set at 200 and the F was 4.7. Used a cloudy day setting and covered the right side of my lens with a baseball cap. lol.
