Default One of these things is not like the others...

I know, I know, we're all sick of tulip shots! But I couldn't help it - I LOVE THEM! And this one lone yellow one stood out at me.

Not sick of them at all. Such a short window for them to be taken !!

Yours is a great shot. Makes you wonder why that one is there

I find it interesting to remember that for a period of time, Tulip bulbs were the "gold standard" for the Dutch economy. One look at your photos and you can see why they were so dear and why they continue to be a delight for the eyes. The one yellow bloom in the sea of red is just outstanding.

Kate, the day I tire of seeing nature's beauty captured like you have done here is the day....well, let's not talk about that. All three are outstanding, but the one yellow in the sea of red is my favorite. Thanks for sharing.
