Default Mother bird feeding

This mother black bird keeps busy feeding her little ones. They live in our bathroom air ventilation duct. I managed to hide out below and grab some shots of her on her way in...with a grub...and on her way out with something else in her mouth. Not sure what it is though...does anyone know what she would be taking OUT of the nest after feeding the babies?

I shot these hand held with my Canon point and shoot. I was close enough that I didn't need to use my teleconvertor lens. Any tips on how I could have done better are more than welcome. I'm wondering if camera shake created the blur in some...and why they aren't as crisp as I would have thought.
I couldn't pan as she was soooo quick flying in and out...and I couldn't anticipate which way she would fly, as she flew in a different direction each time!

Thanks so much!

The slight fuzziness doesn't matter too much to me. They are too interesting to care. The angle on the first is just great especially the feet in the landing gear position. In your last shot, you even see the catch light in her eye. Again, the angle makes it a reallly good shot. Good photos, JG.

Like Lindy said, on the first one, it is so interesting, I don't really care either. Getting shots like these is extremely difficult in the first place, and getting them perfect is even more so. I think you did very well and the third one is spectacular!

I must say, I was not expecting these comments. I was so focused on how OUT of focus these are that I didn't appreciate the actual captures. Thank you Lindy, Fred, angleyes and Mike. I really appreciate it

Thank you Prime Time. I would quickly snap the picture before the bird took off (man are they ever fast!!) and have no clue what I actually captured until I reviewed them later. So all of these shots were surprises
