Default Adorable new puppy in the family

I ya'll! I spent the day up at my parents' ranch. I had some trouble photographing horses ... don't ask

But this week while my mom was at the feed store she found this poor little pup. It seems someone dumped him off right on the side of the road.
MY mom took him to the vet and he is HEALTHY and happy. No idea what breed but the vet says its a mutt (a chiua-mutt) he weighs 1.4 pounds and is about 3 months old..... Now I ask you WHO COULD LEAVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS ON THE SIDE OF A BUSY ROAD?!?!

MY mom named him Nemo. He now has a 60 acre horse ranch to run and play along with a doting mama LOL she has him sleeping on her pillow at night even I am worried she is going to squish him!

Seems that person that dumped that little pup did it a huge favor!

1. By getting it away from them since they have no heart.

2. Dumping it somewhere it has a home that is 100% better.

Oh he is now king of his domain and spoiled rotten!

My dad has nicknamed him hawkeye ~ living on a huge ranch in the middle of nowhere ...err.. they have birds of prey and they have to be careful a hawk doesn't fly off with him HA HA
I told him, "Hawk? Hell I would be worried about the sparrows taking off with him!" LOL

Here are a couple of more photos THAT DID NOT COME OUT very well AT ALL ~ but they do give a sense of his size! If you look at your own wheel on your computer chair and compare it to the wheel on my mom's computer chair ~ OMG he is soooo tiny!
I have never seen a dog this tiny. I told her she should have named him Clifford LOL

I am so mad at myself for not getting this shot better! I am just learning and am bound to make a million mistakes before I get it right BUT this shot bugs the daylights out of me as I know it would have been one of those award winner adorable photos had I been a better photographer =(

Here has got to be the FUNNIEST pic I have EVER taken of my dog.

Little Nemo took it in his head that my dog was its mother and kept trying to nurse. My dog had no problems with this and let Nemo nurse away... even when Nemo would move away, my dog would gently pick him up by the mouth and place him back to *nurse* some more.

What takes this from an adorable photo to a hysterical one?
My dog's name is Bentley and is a BOY!!!!!!!!!!! bahahahahaha
He was the happiest dog on earth LOL
His tongue sticking out sets off the entire photo. Again not a great photo quality wise I know ... I can't wait to get better so these types of candid shots come out better for me... but the photo is priceless none the less! HA HA HA

This goes to show how a photo can go from cute to hysterical depending on the eye of the viewer LMAO

I'm not even sure where to start .... First Nemo is amazingly cute !! My daughter is so jealous that you found such a teeny tiny puppy! Your shots of him are all adorable. The last one is just plain hysterical. Looks like Bentley and Nemo will become great friends.

He has highway drop off puppy in him. WE really have no idea what he is except for being super tiny.

It's awful when people do that-- two of our dogs we got straight off the street (there's no SPCA in Turkey) and people were throwing rocks at one of them- she was emaciated and would just lie down and cower when people came near her, so we named her 'charshaf' literally meaning 'rug'.

He is super super cute, and some great photos. In any case it's the memories that count even if the shots aren't perfect.
