Default baby barn owl

I took this shot yesterday of a baby barn owl in my inlaws' barn. Isn't this an unbelievable looking creature?

We think the parent owls abandoned it and its sibling so my inlaws will be raising them. Approximately a month old.

Wow tamugal. That is one amazing capture. I had to look twice. good for your in-laws for raising him. Shame about the mother. I just have to keep going back and looking again..Just love it.

Jake.

Great Capture we used to have a family of these in the barn and the RSPB would ocme by every year to weigh them etc .. they are really cute in an ugly kinda way when they are young but they are stunning as adults

Agree about the water mark but the shot is great and the colors are nice.
