Default Nicolas Cage

While i was in Hollywood i had to find Nicolas Cage's star on the walk of fame. We were lucky enough to find a crazy man who offered to take us up to see his house. He told us that he would show us places not usually on the tours and even though his car looked like a wreck he certainly did show us everything from Walter Matthaus grave to a witches house and the home of Jackie Chan. He flew up those streets in Beverly Hills like a rally driver but it was a fantastic day and i got to stand outside Nicolas's house ( dogs barking and all). lol

The witches house...the man told us that NO one messes with the witch or she will put a spell on you..

Sounds like a great day. How brave of you to go with the guy, but I bet you don't regret it.

I dont think i would be brave enough to do it again but it turned out to be great that day..He was a maniac driver and zoomed up and down the hills of Hollywood but he showed us just about everything and stopped when we asked. He took us right to the Hollywood hills sign where other tour guides dont go and he went into great length to describe the movie stars homes. Id like to do it again one day.My only regret is that Nicolas didnt come out to get his mail/paper lol

Vacations are always fun and getting to drive from Indiana to Hollywood was a real adventure. The guy that took us on the tour had so many stories to tell and i was a real tourist, glued to his every word.

It looked like you had a blast! I think they should have made the stars stand in the cement in their bare feet!!! lol It's no fun if it's just the shoes...:P I really like the picture of the witches house - I'd love to get my camera on that place!!! lol

Thanks so much for sharing your fab experience!!!

We were lucky to be in a hotel right around the corner from the walk of fame so you can spend all day walking up and down trying to find your favourite star.
I dont know if id get to close to the witches house after the stories he told.

Love the photo of the witches house, and what a great adventure, it sounds like you had a really
wonderful time, and now you've saved it forever in your photos. Thanks for the great photos and the
wonderful story, I thoroughly enjoyed both.

Thank you Debbie for looking and commenting..i think I need to learn to save them on CD better and mark them so i know what i have taken. Its sad when we take the time to take photos to remember an event etc and then lose them. I was thinking of buying an external hard drive...Id love to hear any ideas.
