If you love baseball, you should like these. The shots were taken with my new Sigma 150-500mm.....and I've finally weaned myself off of auto sports mode. I am addicted for sure to manual because I was actually able to put a stop on the ball where before it was a blurry orb. I really love it when I can capture dirt flying!

yes -- I adore baseball no matter what age the players are, but capturing shots like these for these boys and their parents has brought me joy beyond imagination! I'm putting together a memory book as a coach's gift at the end of the season. I absolutely love taking action shots and anticipating where the next great play is going to be. I've been asked to shoot tournaments over the summer for the summer league so parents can buy the prints. I couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you for all the kind words of encouragement.

These are great action shots joholt. Love the last one with bat on ball. Great timing. We don't see too much of this game over here, would be nice to watch the young ones playing. I just love their enthusiasm for sport. Nice work my friend.
