Default 1000th Post What's Around the Bend

This post marks the end of my photo millennial . It's been a pleasure and sometimes i've had a hard time finding subjects that make the bar, but the comments i've received from all of you have kept me trying. This post shows how i feel about what lies "Around the Bend". It's always a mystery and one i'm ready to encounter. I've changed my avatar to mark this celebration and will use it for the next 1000. Thanks to you all.

Congratulations UpNorth... This has elements that truly love. Trees, water, reflections and rails... Hoping to see 1000 more.

Congrats on the mile marker, and this is a awsome shot. It supports the topic very well.

Many, Many congratulations on reaching your 1000th post and in that time you have delivered some remarkable photographs and this one is no exception. A nice follow up to yesterdays masterpiece. Once again the train trundles along the track and you wait for just the right moment. And this is definately it. The track takes you away from the photograh, but you know it is going to bring you right back to where those lovely reflections are coming from. This, my friend is excellent work once again. What a great way to celebrate this milestone. Once again congratulations for reaching 1000 posts.

Jake.

Congratulations on reaching your 1000th post and in cellebration you post this little beauty. I see the track taking me in to the picture, past the lake with a its stunning reflections and on towards magnificent mountains with the ocean beyond.
1000 posts is a great achievement, and this is a great picture to commemorate the milestone .

Ooooh! I really like this one! I was looking to imagine what was around the bend and then i looked to the left at the mountains and then I saw the reflections right next to the track. So much pleasing stuff in this one. A great 1000th celebration post!
