Default Miners Track

At last.. been back to snowdonia yesterday. Was itching to get back there with my 10-20mm lens as I had not tried it out in my most fave place. Weather was good although I lost all the clouds by mid day and the sky was a bit blant after that. But I think I still got some good shots.
Ohhh.. its called miners track as its named after the walk I took. Its a very established one right through the mountains and one of the easier to do. Loved it but didnt stay on the track much. wanted to explore new angles. Some worked.. others didnt. xx

Nice shot over Llyn Llydaw with Snowdon in the background. I love this area for going on shoots it has everything. Looks like you had good weather not very often that snowdon is clear on the top, Did you go to the top, Which route did you take? up to the Watkin path or did you use the miners track. You have made me feel like taking a trip up there. Great shot with a nice perspective.

I am not quite as adventurous as to climb all the way up Tryfan. I only went as far as Glaslyn along the miners track. Thinking of trying the Pyg track next, but a bit afraid to be honest. Its so darn high up lol. I took the train up snowdon once and welked back down which was really good fun. Want to do that again as I never managed to get to the trig point on that occasion. I noramally hang out at Llyn Ogwen and Llyn Idwal more, but I think its time to venture out more.

Thanks for replying and for the kind comment xx

Nicely captured Char, a great day out and a great picture. I love your DoF, focus and perspective and the colours are so vibrant you can almost smell the mountain air
