Default Slow day... at the Riverfest

I did go down to the Riverfest yesterday, but it rained all day. I have included a shot from yesterday. The bulk of my shots are from the day before. I took them as I wandered
around.

Today looks to be sunny... Yea!

This first image sums up yesterday. The main downtown stage is closed, too wet. The hotel in the far background is the Hotel Broadview one of the oldest in Wichita.

This is the sight that greats you as you walk up to the food court and lunch time stage.
This area will be packed by Friday and through all of Saturday.

This is my friend Bill. He has a mobile DJ business. He is the food court MC, DJ and announcer.

I hope this next one doesn't break your computers.... A self Portrait...

Self-portrait.

Well there you have my installment for today. I hope to have more tomorrow. Look out for Sunday... Fireworks Saturday night!

Please pop over to my flickr page if you like.

Thanks for looking.

Shame about the rain wildcat. Could have been a great opportunity for some pics. Never mind though the ones that you have shown are great. You should get another one of that second one when all the people are around just for comparison. My computer just about handled the self portrait although a little steam was coming from the back. lol....
Thanks for sharing buddy.

Jake.

Capitol idea about the comparison shot or shots. I will do that and I'm glad your computer is OK.
