Default Ugly, Nasty Macro Fly







For some reason this fly sat still long enough for me to get six photos before I scared him off. These were the best of the three. Enjoy if you're not repulsed by these creatures.

Wow! The last one is my favorite...showing more of the leaf, the wings on the fly, and the contrast in colors. Nice shots.

Repulsed and enamored at the same time! Nasty subject, but brilliant photography. Great color and lighting and I do believe I can count every hair on that fly.

I agree that last shot is the best. *shudder* If I saw that thing coming at me and it was the same size as whats on my screen, I would be screaming like a girl.
