Guys, the things we do to get shots .. I ran my car until the "low fuel" lamp came on .. well, actually, to be honost .. it's just down in my town's centre, 2 minutes from my house .. I was on the way for gas ..

It was a dull day .. I have to go back, this brick would be awesome with morning or evening light ..

Gingerbread

more ginger pls

the theme from the wood is repeated in the brickwork

brick and peak

This inlay was awesome

Picture #2 is nice. I like all the different tiles.

BTW It looks as if that was a window that was filled-in.

That is amazing workmanship... where are all the artisans? Nice job Jack, love the bricks and the gingerbread.

Longsighted, it looks a bit odd on it's own, but it really seems to be of the same age and art as the rest .. I haven't done this house justice .. every window has detailed brickwork, there are 'rolled" bricks everywhere .. here's a bad capture that shows the inlay from afar .. I think it's original? thx for looking

I wonder who the artisans were? Bet they were Europeans who brought their craft with them. Looks very exquisite.

What super artwork in the wood and the bricks and you have got all the great detail and you did a great job with the addition of the colour with the lilacs in the last one. That is one nice house Jack and you captured it well. Very nice work my friend.

Jake.

You have a fantastic eye fro detail Ian, good golfers have it, so do good photographers.
These pictures are excellent, you see what others take for granted or what they do not see at all. Well done buddy

I really love old houses and the details that went into them. You've done will with this one, even down to the old paint cracking through and stress cracks in the woodwork. I've enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing.
