Default after the storm

After a severe storm in Missouri, the critters were buzzing with activity.I took many pics of different bugs, lizards, and birds, but I liked this lady bug. The flowers are slightly out of focus because I focused on the ladybug. Just a share photo. The devastation was all around us and we had to live a little primitive, but I wanted to focus on the lighter side.

The ladybug is smiling in the sunshine. Sorry about your foul weather, hope It doesn't come back.

I heard Big Mo got hammered. We have friends in Joplin and Branson. They're all
OK. I'm glad you are OK too.

Go a little further south. Do you know what its like to have them invade your house? Where you have to vacuum them out of the windows and off the ceiling. And most people dont know this, but lady bugs? they bite! They have lil pinchers that they can chew on you with. I have literally sat there and watched a lady bug chew on my palm. It doesnt usually hurt, but you CAN feel it. So while they can make good pictures, be thankful that they arent infesting your home. Oh btw,..they get like that in the summer when the farmers release them over their fields to eat the aphids and other lil bugs.

So, yeah. I like the shot. But like I said, be glad they arent invading your home.

Glad your friends are okay! IT was quite a storm here. My dad's been without water and electric for 2 days, and a huge tree went through the middle of his neigbors house. Count your blessings everyday!
