Wow that monkey is amazing! Just had a look on Flickr, the small version here really doesn't do it justice!

Great shot Dude!

Oh yeah, the Peacock is pretty cool too.

Cheers

Great shots, that monkey has just got to be a Chelsea FC fan he looks well cheesed off. The peacock is just great right time at the right moment. Thanks for sharing.

These are both amazing shots.

I think the monkey does it for me though.
What sort of enclosure was he in? How did you black out the background?

Brilliant shots mate.

Ty, he was in a glass enclosure. The top of the enclosure has a glass roof, I spot metered off the monkeys shoulder which is why the background is blacked out. The sun was very bright today and he just happened to be standing in a spot that had a very high contrast of light vs shadow.

I never see a peacock with it's feather spead without being stunned by the spectacle and feeling a sense of wonder. It's very beautiful! Your photo of the monkey is a very touching shot. The technical aspects of your photo are amazing. In the larger size, you can see all the fine detail that serves the feeling of your photo really well. Nice.
