I took this image down at my local park.
Taken with my +8 macro filter I think the result is pretty nice and simple.

Edited with Adobe Photoshop.
Levels, contrast, curves and sharpened.

Camera: Nikon Coolpix P5100

Feedback would be great!

James, without the great DoF in this photograph, you wouldn't see that leaf. Lovely sharp detail and the two green colours blend so nice. Great work my friend

I love this photo and I'm not sure why. It is beautifully shot, well exposed, sharly focused. All the technical aspect are perfect. I think my attraction has to do with your depiction of the extraordinary beauty in the commonplace. It makes me look at the tip of a fern with fresh eyes.

I really like this, and I think its because it is of the green on green. Its very clean, very simple. It's pleasing to the eye. (Or mine at least) The only bit thats distracting is the tip of the fern is a bit blurry and that is just a minor detail.
