Smile Spring Bluebells

The title says it all. Taken just this morning - unfortunately nature wasn't playing ball so I didn't get much opportunity for any backlit or sun-drenched shots (too much cloud/haze around). Hope you like it...

Martin.

Spring Bluebells

Exposure: 0.25 sec (1/4)
Aperture: f/16.0
Focal Length: 42 mm

Thanks Paul(?). Yes I agree - original post edited to show it a little bigger. No worries about the wise-crack - I get it all the time (but with Harry Potter).

Cheers,
Martin.

This is a lovely capture Potterm, just like blue mist on the forest floor and the azelias are gorgeous too. Lovely colour and detail. Very nice work my friend.

Jake.

Thanks Jake. Yes the blue mist effect is really nice. Thankfully there are tons of bluebells around just now - I just need to find the right place for a backlit shot at sunset (which has so far evaded me). If I can get one just half as good as that David Noton fella then I'll be well and trully chuffed!

Cheers,
Martin.

I love the bluebells, there are none growing around here so I do appreciate your sharing.

That's a shame - we have no end in England at the moment, but by about the end of May they'll be all gone for another year so need to make the most of them...
