Hey Mollman, I wouln't worry too much about the quality, at least you captured a rare moment and you have pictures to prove it. The first one is not bad at all. Thank you for sharing the moment with us. You did good under the circumstances.

I know the excitement...on the one hand you want to see it up close and personal and on the other you want a picture..too bad you can't it both ways very often. Glad you got to see it

the fact you got those shots is all that counts, just getting an opportunity and getting a few of it is special .. very cool !! Long Island's not far from the Jersey Shore,, who knows, maybe I'll get some shale shots from the bech someday !!

Not bad! Congratulations! We have some big lakes with some big catfish around these
parts, but I'd venture to say, at 8:30pm or high noon I wouldn't see a whale!
