Default Another wee one from Davis County

The variety of damselflie is increasing everyday on Sheep road. I took a bunch of photos of about four or five different species. These two of the same critter were the only keepers

You do very well to get them to sit still and be photographed. Every time I point a camera at in insect they move.

Can't agree more. I find it hard getting close enough. Have taken some of dragonflies but used a 200mm lens to get close enough. Nice shots

Thank you Michele and Mechanic1300. I find with these things a slight breeze help since they are not strong fliers. I am using my 55-250 lens with a 3+ lense on the front. This lets me stay back and not disturb. Still miss a lot when they fly away
