Default Red Hole

Here's another shot taken at an abandoned construction project. Thanks for looking.

palerider - The "hole" is just a hole in a balcony on an idle construction job. The project seemed to be one where an old apartment building was being converted into fancy new condos, but they didn't get very far before (I guess) the money or the market dried up. Thanks for your comments.

Thank you, Hayward. I didn't flip it. I shot it in portrait, from the ground, looking up at the underside of a 2nd story balcony.

Chip, wonderful abstract, full of texture and color. It takes a great eye to make art out of concrete and holes.

What a cool picture! It looks like an abstract painting. Nice work, Chip!

Thanks! I was actually going for the abstract art look, so it's good to know I'm not completely off base.
