Default Angel in the light

Just learned how to do these light line things so I thought I'd share my shot. This is a real old shot of mine that seemed like it would lend itself well to this style. Gave her some curvys at the bottom, wings and halo.

Is that a post production effect, as the scene looks to bright to be light painting?

I love this! It looks like it would have been a good photo to begin with, but this really just jazzed it up. Where did you learn this? Something that you can share that someone new to a photoshop type program could do? This would be neat if you were in a yearbook class....
