Default First attempts

Hello DPS, first i would like to apologise for not being on lately, had no working computer as had a virus wipe everything off it.

anyways i'm back now and i've been to a local national trust location called Lydford Gorge and tried my first attempts of shooting waterfalls and running water.

Hope you like them....

and a macro shot

thanks for looking and please let me know if images are too large, did try and edit the size but didn't seem to work

Hi vix and welcome back. Bad news about the virus. These images of the waterfalls are excellent, you got that water all dreamy and soft. I do like the first one. It has the little bit of mystery about it. I just want to pop my head around and into the pool where the water is flowing into. But, both are great captures. And the dandelion macro is fantastic with great detail and colour. Great work vix and It is so nice to have you back.

Jake.

Very nicely done Vix. Such a nice job straight out of the camera too. I love that silky waterfall look. TNX.

Hi Vix
Nice to see you back - I had days when my internet connection was off - a real swine! Three great shots with lovely rich colors and soft flowing water. Very nice macro shot too. Well done
