Default River crossing.

Hello again all my friends at DPS. This not really a river. It is actually a stream that runs through the middle of the golf course which has public footpaths all round a woodland walk. This is just one of many footbridges that cross the stream and lead to more pathways. It is a lovely place especially to take children on nature treks.
Hope you enjoy.

Hi Jake, what a cool footbridge. I'd love to take a hike over that bridge to see what's coming next. I absolutely love streams, creeks, cricks whatever you want to call them. You've captured a couple of great ones. TNX for sharing.

Jake both are stunning but that first one has me staring for hours. I want to cross over and see what is on the other side. I want to lean on the railing and look down. I want to run my hands over the railing (ouch splinter gotta get that out before I carry on). I love wood and the textures in this little bridge complete with the growth on the desk has me mesmerized. Thank you!

Hey Jake, that's a nice shot of that footbridge. I like the way that it is lit up and highlighted by the sun. You sure have fantastic surroundings for a golf course!

I absolutely love the bridge. I too love wood and the texture is just fantastic. I bet that would be a stunning location for some portraits!

The bridge looks really good in the way that you have captured it, the little burn looks really clear and the reflection of the tree really adds to make it a really nice picture. I have got to stop using really!

Hi Lori. The golf clubhouse has a room for private functions and outside they have built similar locations to the ones round the course and they use them for the wedding photographs. My daughter had her wedding reception there and we all wore tartan as Arnold. my son in law is Scotish. These facilities were used for their photographs and yes, they do make an excellent location.

Jake.

Default the woods creep closer in

A simple wooden bridge, the sunlight catching the angles of the side rails and shadows playing across its deck as the surrounding woods creep closer in.
The fallen tree refelcted in the still and disturbed waters below, dead branches poke fun at the river as the surrounding woods creep closer in.
Jakester, a wonderful pair of pictures beautifully captured and presented, it is excellent work as always my friend
