Jeff, there's something particularly captivating about the first one. The pose, the hat, the black and white treatment, seem to give an air of how she'll be a few years from now while yet showing childlike innocence. She's growing up.

Both great shots .. I like the first one a lot. Between your PP on it and the "i know better then you" look on her face it is striking. You really make me miss the days when my daughter would willingly pose for me

I like that first with the flat soulful expression. The lighting in the second is nice as well as the softening treatment

the first one, I think is the best photo I have seen in a long time. I hope you do not mind, but I may have to copy that pose...it'll work great with musicians - very soulful. Love it!
