Default First attempt at photographing running water.

I must have caught photographers disease! To get to this photo I had to walk along a cliff face, shimmy down a rock wall, walk along the bottom of an overgrown gorge until I found this trickle of water. I'm so glad I made the effort.

Climbs down a cliff face, shimmys down a rock wall, walks along the bottom of an overgrown gorge, finds the treasure, I'm so glad I made the effort,
and so am I. Michelle you're becoming Lara Croft
And the treasure, its a greast little picture, secluded watering hole, beautiful location to return to time and again, I can almost the water, gurgling and slapping against the pond as it rolls down the river, excellent work

beach.

For your first try this is great. I would have used some different settings to get a longer exposure, to make the water appear more silkly smooth. Still it's alot better than my first try at a running water.

Great shot.
Even without the water it would have been an excellent shot.
Great composition.

I know what you mean Michelle. Life and limb for a second of time. I am glad you did and got back safe and sound and in one piece. This is a great first attempt. Lovely misty water and everything else nicely in focus. I have a feeling that there are more photographs to come looking at this photograph. It looks like the surroundings are very nice. You did a great job Micelle. Well done.

yep is a nice shot, really like the contrast between the little tiny creek and big rock that frame it. Nice
