Default How many different ways.....

can we photograph the tulips? The pull is too great, I had to go back one more time as each visit brings another view, a different opportunity. Yes, they are almost gone and I have to wonder how many more unique ways there are to photograph these beauties. Cameras abound, people everywhere are snapping away merrily. Some have posted their best on DPS, did YOU see ME?

Holy crow, Barb - these are soooo gorgeous! The first one really got me, though, I love the colors and the angle.

Thanks Susan, my hard drive is FULL of tulips now, eagles are all but forgotten. These SHOTS are killing me! Each time I wonder if I can capture something different. All those photographers that were walking around must have thought I was crazy with some of the positions I got into. At least my hubby did!

Thank you windrider, sure glad you got at least ONE of these beauties. The fields at the festival stretch for miles and are just a wash of color, but only for about 2 weeks.

Glayva thank you, I am not normally a 'flower' photographer but who can resist the tulips?

oh bull hockey !! you can compete with anyone here in any style and your proved it many times ... don't make me scroll back and find some example

Just beautiful .. the first one is magical with the visual effect of seraching for focus and then realizing it's not needed .. never had to describe that beore, you GOT me !

the second one, on sheer scope of view and those rows of colors warrents a photo, what a really cool place to walk around in .

If the third was the only photo, we'd all be commenting on how great it is, so it should not get lost in the mix,, I like things with 3 in them or 3 of somthing .. not sure why,, but it's balanced .. really like framing and compostion.

the 4th floors me .. just excellent, love burgandy and white and this just ghushes those too .. fantastic angle and DoF .. just a great photo .. SOLD ! $69.00 on sale this month !

Vin

Four great pictures each with an escalating wow factor. They are beautifully captured and expertly presented and the colours are stunning. The third and fourth please, if they could be printed and framed and ready for collection on Wednessday if thats OK
