Macro shot of a poppy plant that we bought on saturday. lol the amount of flowers I've been buying since getting my macro lens

Nice detail! I can see bits of pollen that have fallen on to the petals. Well done.

thanks, wish i could get the timing good enough to catch the pollen as the flower opens, catch the bits of pollen falling off.

This is an excellent capture ptrbee, I can see you are having a lot of fun with the macro. you can even see the specs of pollen dust on the petal. Very nice work.
