Hello Audrey and a warm welcome to our friendly forums here at DPS. This is an excellent capture of the busy bee building his nest. Looks like he is working very hard. You got some nice detail in this shot and the tree colour is just lovely. You have come to the right site for learning and you will find some very good tips and tricks just by touring the site and everyone here is so friendly and helpful. If you don't know something or want to know something. Just ask and you will find the answer very quickly. I hope you have fun here and I look forward to seeing more of your work. Very nice first post.
Jake.

Hi Audrey and a big welcome to DPS . Do you guys call these bees? , as we would call this a wasp , not very friendly and gives a nasty sting . You've captured it very well and the detail is great . As my good friend Jake has said there are all the answers to any question you may have and lots of tutorials on the site , also friendly people willing to help . If you want technical advice on yr photos try posting them in a critique section and you will learn a lot very quickly . Look forward to many more of yr posts , All the best
