Default Old School Photography

Went to a Civil War Reenactment today(5-3-2009), & caught this photographer taking a shot of Mary & Abe Lincoln. Thought it might make an interesting shot.

Nice capures from this event Dave. Lots of photo opportunities. Love the clarity of the images, I like the canon demo. I can almost here the sound of that gun, great movement in the image. Thanks for doing a great job of sharing your day.

I love the shots. They are all very good, but I am curious as to how Abe and his wife would look in B&W...

You have the only photograph I know of, actually showing Lincoln being shot. Incredible! Good work, looks like a fun day. Oh, and who won?

I have been to a couple of these things but before my camera days.....now I need to pencil in a date to go again.....nice bw treatment on the carriage
