It is a Monopod, made by Velbon, I have both the monopod and the tripod, both are carbon fiber and they are both awesome, I purchased both of them at bestbuy.com. I am a professional DJ and know quality, (speaker stands, amplifiers, cables, etc...) I would not hesitate to spend the money on these Velbon products, they are nice!

Well, I don't have a lot of pictures of myself. I do have this one image that I had worked on it photoshop (quite a bit). This was taken in my bathroom mirror. I shopped out the bathroom and replaced it with the clouds and sky, flipped the word "Nikon" because it was backwards in the mirror, added my dog, put a frame around it and here it is.
