Today was an awful weather day, It has rained for three straight days....and everything is soaking wet.....my grass is super long again and I only mowed it a week ago! BUT not all is gloom and doom. I went out and got a quick bite to eat and returned to the garden center and went in for a quick scope and then went back out to my car to get my camera for some daring shooting because it was raining lightly but enough to raise some concern over getting my camera wet. I kind of leaned over the camera until I spotted something that might turn out well. Yeah the camera got a little wet but I kept the lens down and kept wiping the camera back down with my shirt.....all of these shots are effectively shot at 300 mm, probably 5.6 or 7.1, Iso 400 to get shutter speed into an acceptable range. Hope you enjoy.

You sure did make something out of it! Lovely rain drop shots. You are brave, I am always worried about getting my camera wet. I can just smell the fresh clean air. The first and last are my favorites (if I have to pick some). I love the colors and warm feel of the first one and that pink rose is to die for. Gorgeous!
