well that's a great wood carving work...
we got a lot of this kind of carving on old traditional Malay houses last time...
some of them still remain in a very good condition and well preserved...
maybe I'll capture some and share them here some day...

Nice captures of the Gingerbread house Jack, that is some pretty nice artwork. They just don't make them like that any more. Nice textures in the shot too.Great work Jack.

great eye to shot that and photograph it .. it's a very interesting pattern, makes a great photo .

Yeah, you can purchase gable and facia trim like that, if you have to ask what it cost in wood you can't afford it, so most people go with PVC versions which lack fine detail and craftsmanship and look plastic and fake... that's beautiful hand made .. excellent choice for some photos !!
