Default Life is good. And Reader's Digest, too

Partly cloudy skies, still OK for plantlife. I have my first sunburn, though - top of left hand, with which I steady the windblown wildflowers and weeds. Here are four reasons I enjoy photography:

Empty snail shell, backlit by Sun:

One of the small wonders, about pencil eraser-sized (see link after photo):

Dandelions can just surprise me every day I look at one in a different way, at a different time:

LunchTime

Wild strawberries are everywhere. Photogenic, and a Summer treat when the fruit appears!

BerryBloom

Animal and insect life is even slower in appearing. Soon, maybe.

bradzo66, Thanks!

Autumn can be wonderful, too. It could be arthritis talking, but I love Spring because I know it will be at least 6 months before I start shivering again, for six more months! Thanks for looking in, hope you find Autumn equally full of wonderful sights.

Yet another set from the master of the macro. These as usual are excellent Jiminy. My next aquisition has got to be a macro lens, at the moment I only have the half macro. You have inspired me my friend with your beautiful world of the small. Thank you.

Jake
