Wow, you managed to hit the nail on the head with both night photography and creating such a silky look on the water! Excellent, I love this. What shutter speed did you use, out of curiosity?

You've got it all here.....neat clouds, silky water and sharp spouts all around. You managed to pull it all together...no easy feat
