I love the background that is darker. The lighter one seems a bit too bright. I am not any good at the photoshop thing, but if you can tone it down a tad, I think they'd be amazing. The last photo seems perfect to me, just the right amount of light and shadows. One that would look fantastic in B&W perhaps as well. It's one I could see being used as a senior photo as well.
