Default California coast

These are 3 shots I took on a recent visit to CA. These are not what I think most people picture when they think of the California coast. These were taken between Morro Bay and San Simeon.

Hope you enjoy.

Lighthouse

Windswept

to me, it looks cold. I remember the first time I saw the ocean. I just stood there for hours in awe.
Thank you for sharing these and bringing back memories

Yes it does look cold, but it was actually an unseasonably hot day when I took these.

Thanks for looking

You've captured quite nicely the essence of the Northern CA coastline. One of the prettier areas of the state. Thanks for sharing.

I live here in CA and these are exactly what I think of when I think of the coast. So you did a great job! They are all very good of course but the first one is my favorite. I hope you enjoyed your visit to our great state! Come back again, real soon and don't forget your camera!

Michelle,

Thank you for your comments. We usually visit California a 2-3 times a year as my wife's family lives there.
I hope to get further up the coast next time.
