Default Some shots from a great day with my Mom!

My Mom just posted some pictures a little while ago from our great adventurous day today. My Mom took me out to a wildlife refuge today and we were able to get some great photographs of some cool birds today. But even better was spending this wonderful day with my Mom! I had so much fun and I look so forward to our next adventure. It is so great that we share this love of photography together. I am a very lucky girl!

Anyhow, here are even more birds...

mstark, I'm just sitting here looking at photos before turning in for the evening. What a lovely way to close out a day, seeing these beautiful photos. When I look at your second shot of the sparrow, it makes me realize how long it has been since I've really looked at one. They are so ubquitous I hardly notice them. Why, they are beautiful! As for photography with mom. My daughter and I share a love for photography as well. Isn't it great!

Very cool pictures, I especially like the first one with the reflection in the water. TFS...

I commend you for getting such clear and crisp images of the birds. Not always an easy task
