Default Back to the Ruin

I've finally worked through my series of the abandoned farmhouse near my place - until my next visit anyway. It's such a great subject I'm sure I could get several more shoots out of it.

My last few shots to share are HDR images. I like them but I think I'm coming to the stage where I'd rather try to get the natural light right or supplement with strobe to get a good shot. O dear, I may be turing into a purist!

Absolutley gorgeous. The HDR is spot on, just enough to bring it to life with that vivid color. 2nd and 4th are my favorites, with perhaps just a bit of separation between the metal chunk and the wooden house welcome in the latter.

very beautiful country! I like to take pictures of abandoned places too and often wonder what the stories would be if those walls could talk.

Beautiful. These show how much you care: taking the time to get the different angles & finding beauty on each side near and far. I appreciate these photographs. Thank you for sharing.
