These are really stunning images. Very beautiful subject and really top notch work! Excellent! I especially love the second one myself, looks like it's about ready to pounce on me!

In my short time here as an active member, I can feel completely comforable saying these 3 photos are if not the best, there certainly none I have seen that are better. I am not an expert by no means, I am developing my photographic eye and still learning, but as strickly a personal level I will find it hard to keep it short.

able to outwit and out run all the other predators that want them out of thier territory, want to steal thier kill , or just kill them .. Cheetas are certainly the underdog, by far my favorite big cat so your subject matter is completely maxed out as far as coolness factor ..

your portrait in the first is amazing.. the eyes looking off to the side are like amber glass so intense, the whole detail in the photo is sharp enough to count whiskers.. So beautiful to just take in .

Your second shot invokes such feeling, I can't recall every getting the charge I get from looking at it, the stare of the eyes and the way it's cropped has me as the prey, it's a stunning image !

having the cat in the field with the purple color takes a fantasitc subject is a perfect pose cranked up to 11 on the 1-10 scale...where the second photo invokes tension , the third calms a bit, but still holds me back , that the cheeta is dangerous and that I can look and enjoy from a distance because that field belongs to her.

I can not thank you enough for taking the time to post these most excellent works of art, ... it is greatly appreciated

Vin

Seeing this animal in its environment evoked the same feelings you describe. I am thankful that those feelings were transmitted in the work. Thanks for the kudos....makes me feel good to know you enjoyed my images.

You should be very proud of these captures Michael. It is great to see such outstanding work of the natural world of animals in the wild. The Cheetah is such a beautiful animal and your captures show it in all its natural glory. This is just an excellent piece of work my friend and so very well presented to us.
