I am one of the ones here who likes the HDR ... but my opinion is that it is not subtle enough in the 2nd. Maybe you could do a mask and put the 2nd sky with the 1st Mtns ??

Hi there,
I am afraid that I too agree with the majority at the moment that No1 is a better image and to be honest if HDR is done right and subtly it is a really nice effect, but in your 2nd image I just think it's too much and needs toning down somewhat. It's a really nice image and composition so maybe just try to ease up on the effect as it just doesn't look right at the moment. Looking forward to seeing if you come up with a calmer image. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Thatīs very interesting, two different forum members asking for the same! I will try during next week and post results. Thanks for looking. BTW, for the HDR I use 3 exposures, itīs not just tweak the tones. Itīs real HDR.
