Post Dream Road

I took this shot on a long old roman road going towards Robin Hoods Bay in East Yorkshire, England.

Edited with Adobe Photoshop.
Levels, contrast, curves and sharpened.

Camera: Nikon Coolpix P5100, UV & PL

Feedback would be great!

bright puffy clouds, light blue sky into the dark blue of the bay.. then green hills curving slighty to the road.. no wonder why you took the photo,, it's like a painted landscape. The road right up the middle almost comming to a point makes the perfect starting point, well done !

I don't know why.. but I like everything about this shot.

It's just too good.. great shot..

Was there no traffic on this street at all or did you have to wait for a while to take this shot ?

Wow, nice work James. I just love these vanishing point shots. Is that the bay in the background? Love the sky too, it just makes the image.

I think the central horizon works really well here. A good way to break the "Rule" of thirds

I didn't have to wait a minuite, the road was empty. Good thing actually, a car would have spoiled it.
