Talking Beauty is within the eye....
I did it! I got my Nikkor 50mm f1.4 lens today and was inspired to take some pictures of my kids

The effect I was searching for I couldn't get with the 1.8, but got it easily with the 1.4!!! *Does a dance*

Nice kid photos as usual and congrats on you new toy--it is more to a lens than sharpness.

For FF, it will be the 85 f/1.4 (aka the cream machine).
