Lazy Sunday Afternoon

I've only been able to afford once lens for my camera so I spent the day wandering around town and my apartment with it set to 35mm. This was a shot I grab of my cat on the floor of my apartment.

Oh yes, absolutely a tripod was involved as was my wired remote shutter button. That is the key everyone has expressed is a must and now I totally agree. Although, I had kids on the deck jumping around so there was some vibration but not enough to affect the outcome I guess. Thanks so much for the compliment!!

Ripping fireworks shot! Well done! Looking forward to New Year's when I might get a chance to try shooting them properly.

Very cool sybren! I love the distortion... tempted to push a wide angle lens further up the wish list. :P

Love those macros Pete. Do you have a link for some good macro tubes? I'm very new to the concept of tubes and extensions etc; really have no idea what I'm looking at or looking for.

This one is my favorite. I like a lot of the others too, but this was ideal.
