Talking my best shot ever!

Well for the past 2days i been working on a specific portrait shot and i just wanted to get it right! i wanted to hit the spot. And a couple of minutes ago i managed to make it!

Out of my collections of shots this has to be one of my best shots ever, both on the technical side and the post processing side as well as the subject and the position and the feeling to the image. Its a selfportrait of me!

I used a 2 lights and the sun and no tripod ! I m just soo happy about this photo, i have it all over my place right now! and i just had to share it,

I really happy about it, i keep on looking at this image over and over again, i think to myself, how did i managed to pull that of! and my awsner is a big smile

posted it as a thumbnail becuase i got band bandwith, they r reconsturicting the local ADSL tower....sux i knw!

Wow, what a great capture ';0)... It is definitely a keeper and you should be proud! Would you mind telling us what the positioning of the lights were and where you in a window or doorway?

Sure i have no porblem with that! thanks alot for the compliment one more time!

I was working with 3 lights in total! One coming from behind (the one that you can see hitting the shoulders) which was the sun coming through the window and it was cloudy outside so the clouds worked as a difuser, then i had two frontal Ikea lamps, one coming from the floor lvl up towards my face (these lamps are really weak) and then one from my waist going up towards my face. these two lamps where standing a bit to the right of the camera!

did anyone understand that?
