Default New Nikon D80

So I just bought I new Nikon D80 and decided to take it out for a test drive. Here is what I came up with. Tell me what you think. PS. I had to mess with the quality of one of the photos in order to upload it on here.

Congrats on the new camera.

I like how, in the first image the man is in focus and the rest is out of focus.

I think the sky in the second image is a little bright, but it is a cool shot.

its amazing how simple shots look 100 times better when taken with a dslr. people say the bad carpenter blames his tools, but really, its hard to ignore. anything taken with a dslr looks incredibly sharp, the dof is always perfect, they all just look so professional.
