Default Creepy Bathrooms

Its been a while since I have posted anything. Thought I would share.

All natural light coming in from the open door which is behind me to my right and from the little window behind Moorea.

ISO Speed: 1600
Exposure: 0.02 sec (1/50)
Aperture: f/4
Focal Length: 17 mm

ISO 1600 to get as much noise as I could. I might have been cutting it close with shutter speed and my shaky hands. Yay to IS!!!!

Anyways. I added a yellow/speia'ish tone to both highlights and shadows with split toning then I darkened the blacks and turned the saturation down. I finished it off by over laying a grungy texture to get it to my liking.

Could not have said it better!

Great shot! But I have a question... Was she in the mens room or were you in the girls room?

Creepy indeed. You know, I was in a rather "unpleasant" washroom once. I didn't hang around to see if any of the inhabitants weren't wearing pants...

welcome back, you....

i had just been wondering this weekend if you'd given up on dps....

as always, another fine portrait from you.....although, i wouldn't have known the enviroment if you hadn't said so... i truly enjoy the gritty feel you gave to this protrait.....

i would say that her face is fairly shadowed, but you made up for that by making sure her eyes flashed out.....

that outfit, though, is most unflattering to your model....

good to have you back, sir....

I have none but good comments on the way you photographed this and your PP work. All good. I'm not sure if you directed this on purpose, but the eyes of the model suits the mood well but the expression on her lips is like she's about to smile... i cant describe it, maybe its just me.

I could never give up on DPS. This is the forum I started off with when I first began photography so there is no way to forget. I always tell myself to start posting more but its harder to say then do.

I was actually told in person today the same comment about the models outfit. Defiantly doesn't showcase her beauty thats for sure but she wouldn't pose in a newspaper made outfit so the old shirt had to do lol.

You do have to give her credit though. Standing with pretty much no clothing on in a abandoned washroom at an old camp site in -30 weather. So, I didn't have to much time to get the photos I needed. I froze to LOL

Thank you everyone for the comments. Very much appreciated.
