I like the model in the first picture better, but since the ad is for the earring, I'd go with #2. The MODEL pops in #1, the earring pops in #2. These are outstanding photos. Thank you for sharing!

I think if the focus is for the earring and not the model then the models head should be turned more to the right and tilted back slightly.

Both are great photos but definitely number 2 is the one, that's a photo of the earing with a model, number 1 is the model with an earaing.

I personally like the first one. You see more of her face. Can you make it a little lighter though? Just so the eyes aren't straining to see the subject

If it's the earring that you need to capture then definitely option 2, it stands out really well. And from an advertising point of view (if that's what the body copy is) then it's the one I would pick.
Option 1 is a fight between the teeth and the earring, and which one grabs me first? Hope that helps...
